Summary
A successfully removed giant tumour of the scalp in a 30-year-old woman is reported.
Although a histopathologic diagnosis could not be established, this tumour was probably
a plexiform neurofibroma, resembling the cases described in the literature mainly
during the 19th century.

Es wird über die erfolgreiche Entfernung eines Riesentumoren der Kopfhaut bei einer
dreißigjährigen Frau berichtet. Obwohl keine histopathologische Diagnose vorlag, handelte
es sich bei diesem Tumoren wahrscheinlich um ein plexiformes Neurofibrom, wie es ähnlich
in den Literaturberichten meistens des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts beschrieben worden
ist.
